Christ Wins The Superbowl

Hebrews 4:15 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are--yet HE was without sin.  Winning the Superbowl of life means recognizing that Jesus joined the team. He didn't just coach from the side lines, He got in the game.  Jesus came and lived in a body like yours, and experienced what it is like to feel, well, how hard it is to get it right.  You know how loud your body can be.  "Hey, that guy just cut me off.  Did you hear about what Ted did? Another round of cheesecake here.   I don't want to wake up.  Five more minutes of sleepy.  Remember that when it comes to how loud your body might scream, Jesus has shown us how it's done.  He caught the last second game winning pass in the end zone, he did the victory dance, made a public spectacle of  Team Satan, and now HE has invited you to the Superbowl Party.  Jesus won, and has determined to have enough grace for your mess ups, and to be strong in that area where you are weak.  Stop trying to do it alone, today, pick up Christ's strength.
