Guess what’s coming up all you guys.. That’s right, it’s Mom’s day. My Dad asked me once, hey how much money did
you spend on your girlfriends birth day, and I was like, 60$. And then he asked great, so what are you
going to buy your mom for Mom’s day?
Uhoh. Now it’s not about the
money, it’s about the heart, right. I
mean, that girlfriend is long gone now, but my Mom, well, she’s still my
mom. One of the ten commandments
includes honoring Mom. And whether
you’re a kid or an adult, or whether mom was perfect, or not so perfect, or
maybe even never around, you have a responsibility as a Christian to honor
Mom. So plan something great for her,
call her, make her something special, or buy her the moon. Think about what you could do or say that
would make her feel valuable. You may
need to start by searching your own heart to forgive her, or to ask her to
forgive you. Whatever the case, let this be a mothers day to remember, one full
of honor. And God’s promise is, so that
it may go well with you, and you might have a long life. And just think Without her, well, where would
you be?
